Institute for Urbanism deals with the following activities:

• spatial and urbanism planning and designing (working out of the spatial and urbanism plans, regulatory plans, urbanism projects, plotting, urbanism-technical conditions, analysis and studies in this branch and other spatial-planning and urbanism documentation)
• design of building and other structures of high building and civil engineering and supervision works,
• geodetically works,
• engineering in the branch of high building and civil engineering, running of the projects and technical activities,
• other architecture and engineering activities, as well as technical advices (economical, organization and technological services, work out of technical, technological and environment studies, investment programs and similar, organization of documentary and informative service, the service of copying, photocopy, binding of deliverables and similar)
• consulting and management works,
• publishing of books, brochures and other publications.
