Republic Srpska is one of the newest administrative spatial units in our region, in the way of its development and existence within overall B&H, it obtained its first Spatial Plan until 2015 year. Writing on a theme about relevance of Spatial plan of RS, and the projects foreseen by this Plan and other relevant determinants of this document; the associate of `STAN Art` journal Mrs. Dragica Mastilovic made an interview with Dalibor Bjelica, Director of the Institute for Urbanism of Republic Srpska with head office located in Banjaluka, which below published in whole.
