At session of Municipal assembly of Banjaluka held on Thursday, 25th of June 2009 year, there were adopted the following documents:

• proposal of Development plan "Pavlovac-Krndije" in Banjaluka;
• proposal of Development plan for central part of the settlements Dragocaj and Ramici, Banjaluka;
• proposal of Development plan for the individual residential settlement located between the streets Otokara Kersovanija (new title - Dr. Jovana Raskovica) and Ljevcanska in Banjaluka;
• proposal of Development plan of lower flow of the catchments area for the stream Jularac in Banjaluka;
• proposal of Development plan "South 4"  (between the streets Cara Lazara, East transit, Gavrilo Princip and the right bank of Vrbas) in Banjaluka.
