Second working meeting, within the preparation of the study `Rural integral development in the area of Vrbas canyon and Manjaca plateau` held on December third 2007 year, at `Lovacka kuca Jović`, Cokorska polja ( Local community `Saracica). His meeting opened at 9.00 hours.
Objective of the second working meeting was data gathering for the preparation of SWOT analysis is `a key tool` for determination of the comparative strengths of this area, and it offers a main input data for identification of the development elements.
It carried out, by discussion within the working groups,  about the following elements:

• Internal (subject to control) strengths and weaknesses
• External (not subject to control) threats and opportunities.

Participants of the second meeting were the representatives of local interest groups: representatives of competent Ministries, Municipal Government, RS Chamber of the Economy, Agricultural school, officers and presidents of the local communities councils from the study area, non-government organizations, potential investors...
Meeting was set up in two parts. In the first part, it was presented the methodology of SWOT analysis. In second part, participants actively took part in the work of one among four offered working groups:

• Spatial development and infrastructure;
• Agriculture and other economic activities;
• Environment protection and tourism development;
• Social segment.

Organizers of the meeting were pleased with the attendance and an active participation of the representatives of local interested groups.
Results of the working groups will present the foundation for the preparation of integral and sector SWOT analysis.
