Third working meeting was held on January 18th , 2008 year, in the conference room of hotel `Vidovic` in Banjaluci.
This last meeting, within the preparation of the Study, is the most significant one that will result in final definition of development  vision for the area of Vrbas canyon and Manjaca plateau, strategic and operative goals, measures for creation of the goals and programs, and development projects.  
Representatives of local interest groups that participated at this meeting are the following: representatives of Municipal government, Chamber of the economy, Secondary school of Agriculture, officers and  presidents of local community councils from study area, non-government organizations, potential investors…
The meeting was set up in two parts.  In first part of meeting, the participants  were introduced with the Proposal of development vision of the area of canyon Vrbas and plateau of Manjaca, as well as with strategic goals of development. In second part of meeting, the participants were divided in the groups defined according to strategic goals of Study:

• Spatial development and infrastructure;
• Agriculture and other activities;
• Tourism;
• Sector of small and middle-scale enterprises.

Participants, organized per groups, had been introduced with developed objectives, as well as with measures for creation of objectives and programs and projects of development.  During the work per groups, the participants gave their opinions, proposals and suggestions about the development of study area proposed by expert’s team of Institute for Urbanism of RS. All constructive proposals will be incorporated in the Study.
